GovPlot Tracker is owned and operated by Rohit Singh (sole proprietor), India. Rohit Singh is the data controller responsible for your personal information collected through this service. Contact: support@govplottracker.com.
We collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), Telegram username (if linked), subscription status, city alert preferences, and basic usage analytics. We collect only what's needed to operate the service.
Your information is used to authenticate your account, send scheme status alerts via your chosen channel (email, Telegram, or WhatsApp), process Pro/Premium subscriptions through our payment processors (Cashfree or Razorpay), and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
GovPlot Tracker uses cookies, Google Analytics, and may display Google AdSense advertisements on scheme pages. These providers may use cookies to personalise and measure ads according to their own privacy policies. You can control cookie preferences via your browser settings.
We use Railway (backend hosting), Vercel (frontend hosting), Supabase (PostgreSQL database), Cashfree Payments and Razorpay Payments Private Limited (payment processing), Telegram Bot API (alerts), and SendGrid (email delivery). Data shared with each provider is limited to what is strictly required to deliver that service. When you make a payment, your name, email, and phone number are shared with the active payment processor (Cashfree or Razorpay) to complete the transaction and comply with RBI KYC guidelines.
Subscription payments are processed by Cashfree Payments (India) or Razorpay Payments Private Limited (India), depending on which gateway is active at the time of checkout. By initiating a payment, you expressly consent to sharing your contact and identity details with the payment processor for the purpose of completing the transaction and regulatory compliance. We do not store your card or bank account details on our servers. Subscription cancellation and refund terms are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy at govplottracker.com/refunds.
Account profile data is retained while your account is active. If you request deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, subject to legal or billing obligations. Alert subscription records are anonymised after 90 days of inactivity. Billing and payment transaction records are retained for up to 10 years as required by applicable Indian law (RBI Payment Aggregation Guidelines and Income Tax Act). This retention obligation applies even after account deletion.
You can unsubscribe from alerts, disconnect Telegram, or update your account details at any time from your dashboard. To request full account deletion or a data export, email support@govplottracker.com.
Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. JWTs used for authentication expire after 7 days. We conduct periodic security reviews of our infrastructure.
