GovPlot Tracker provides instant digital access upon payment. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your dashboard. Read below for full details on our billing and refund practices.

GovPlot Tracker is a digital subscription service. Upon successful payment, your Pro or Premium plan is activated instantly — there is no physical shipment. Access to plan features (city alerts, Telegram notifications, WhatsApp alerts) is available immediately after subscription confirmation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under 'My Plan'. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You retain access to your paid plan features until the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual). No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days after cancellation.
All subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a technical failure during checkout), contact us at support@govplottracker.com within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly.
If a payment fails during checkout, no charge is applied to your account. Your plan is not activated until payment is successfully confirmed. If your card was charged but the subscription did not activate, email support@govplottracker.com with your payment reference and we will resolve it within 2 business days.
Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year. Cancelling an annual plan stops auto-renewal at the end of the 12-month period. No pro-rated refunds are issued for unused months within the annual term, except where required by law.
You may downgrade from Premium to Pro or from any paid plan to Free at any time via your dashboard. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for the price difference between plans.
In exceptional cases — such as a verified technical failure that prevented service delivery for more than 72 consecutive hours — we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit or partial refund. Contact support@govplottracker.com with details of the outage.
